8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% fee applies.

  • No-shows: 100% of the session fee is charged.

9. General Terms

9.1 By using our site or contacting us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.

9.2 These Terms represent the full agreement between you and The Centre For Mathematical Development.

9.3 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

9.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be handled by Irish courts, unless otherwise directed by applicable consumer legislation.
